We accept cash, checks and major credit cards, however, our honesty and integrity is free
When we come out on a repair call, we charge $90.00 for anything accomplished in 1 hour or less. Our troubleshooting time is not part of our chargable time. We only charge for actual repair time, this means that most repairs are 1 hour or less of chargable time. For any job that takes more than 2 hours, we will charge a flat fee that is less than biling you for total time.
Computer Medics has an honest billing policy — you know what you are paying and what for. You will not pay unexpected fees. This is our commitment and promise!

HOW WE CHARGE FOR PARTS
Yes we do charge for any parts and equipment required to service your needs, however, we are not in the retail business and do not mark up prices. You pay the same for any item that we do! We believe this eliminates even the appearance of a conflict of interest of trying to sell you items that you don't need.
Why is the service call free?
Computer Medics understands when your computer is not running properly, your first concern is why and what kind of repair is required. Before you are obligated to pay, we will diagnose the computer and indicate all repair costs. This means Computer Medics will answer your questions and charge nothing unless we actually perform a repair.

Computer Medics offers consulting for customers who wish to purchase a new computer or upgrade their current system. Based on your needs, we help you select the perfect computer and will even purchase, deliver, set up, transfer data, and make sure you are familiar and ready to use your new system. We can also build a custom system for you. Again, there are no hidden fees!
